The Singers Unlimited meet up with the Roger Kellaway Cello Quartet – in a very groovy album of tunes that has Kellaway's strings gliding nicely next to the voices! The sound is still quite intimate – in that beautiful close-mic'ed way that made the Singers' MPS albums so transcendent – and group member Gene Puerling is strongly at the helm of the set – directing the voices in pillowy waves of sound, and making for that heavenly Singers Unlimited approach that blew away most other vocal groups that were still left in the game! Tracks include "My Foolish Heart", "Sleep Loved", "Impossible", "Honeysuckle Rose", "Stone Ground Seven", and "Zip-A-Dee Doo-Dah" – done surprisingly well!
