The Harris Bros Band is yet another extension of the Harris Bros Horns style. Performing material written and/or arranged by the Harris Bros, the band features a stellar group of some of the most sought-after players in the music business today including Joel Rosenblatt on drums (Spyro Gyra, Michel Camilo, Eliane Elias), Robert Aries (Special EFX, John Scofield, saxophonist Bill Evans), Dave Anderson (Philippe Saisse, Marion Meadows, Richard Elliot) and Gil Parris (David Sanborn, Billy Vera, Blood, Sweat & Tears). The Harris Bros Band covers the full range of styles that the brothers have become known for: James Brown funk to Al Green soul with a heavy dose of Freddie Hubbard and Stanley Turrentine or Miles Davis and John Coltrane mixed in.
