This collection Beijing—Travel.Lounge.Art.Music is planned by High Note Records with the concept of “the conversation between fashion and culture” . It attempts to capture the new image of China, which mixes the Chinese and western aesthetics and becomes one of the exclusivities of Beijing. This collection includes the excellent works by artists such as Groove Armada, Filla Brazillia, Duran Y Garcia and Zeus...etc. who bring the Downtempo / Lounge music, the oriental traditional instruments and the five notes mode of traditional Chinese music to melodies. What deserves to be mentioned the most is the song “Dao`s Poem” by Zeus which combines the poem “Summertime in A Mountain Pavilion” by Gao Pien and the poem “Sunset in Autumn” by Du Mu with the tranquil melody full of environmental music atmosphere and completely responds to the spirit of a new era in Beijing!
